Pteron is Greek and means "wing." And that best describes what we want to give you: the feeling of lightness, freedom, and immersion in another world.
When you dive with us, you'll quickly feel that everyday life stays on the surface. Underwater, only the moment counts – calm, weightless, clear. Almost as if you had wings.
The name Pteron reminds us again and again why we do this: Because diving is more than a sport. It's an experience that carries you. A moment of freedom. And we love sharing this moment with you.
Our team
We are a small family business with a great love for the sea – and an even greater passion for diving.
With us, you won't experience a mass operation, but rather personalized attention. To ensure we can cater to each guest individually, we deliberately limit the number of participants per day. This leaves room for genuine support and special moments underwater.
Jimmy Moschos

My name is Jimmy, I'm from Rhodes, and I've been a diving instructor for over 25 years. The sea is my home, and I love taking people underwater.
I work calmly, with a lot of patience, and without pressure. I especially want beginners to feel safe with me. Everyone dives at their own pace – that's important to me.
As a father of two children, I know how to provide sensitive guidance, whether it's adults or little adventurers.
I want you to feel safe underwater – and to simply enjoy it all.
Fabienne Moschos

My name is Fabienne, I come from Switzerland and have been living here on Rhodes with Jimmy and our two children for several years.
Together with Andrea, I take care of everything that runs behind the scenes. I love working with people and making sure everything runs smoothly before we go into the water.
I also enjoy going into the water whenever time permits. For me, diving is a moment to breathe deeply—to be completely at peace with myself.

My name is Andrea, I'm from Switzerland, and I've been living on Rhodes with my family for many years. My husband is Greek, we have three children, two dogs, and a cat—there's always something going on.
At Pteron, I keep an overview: I plan, organize, answer inquiries, and ensure everything runs smoothly in the background. I like it when everything is clear and guests feel well looked after.
I speak German, English and Greek and am happy to help if you have any questions or need anything.
