1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for diving courses, dives, equipment rental, and other services between Pteron Rhodos – Diving Experience (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and the customer..​

2. Registration and Conclusion
Registration for our services can be made in person, by phone, by email, or via our website. By registering, the customer offers to enter into a contract. The contract is concluded upon our written confirmation.

3. Participation Requirements

Minimum age: The minimum age for participation in diving courses is 10 years.

Health: The customer confirms they are medically fit for diving. For certain courses, a medical certificate may be required.

Conduct: Instructions given by the diving instructor must be followed. In case of serious violations, we reserve the right to exclude the customer from the course.

4. Services and Prices
The scope of contractual services is based on the service descriptions on our website or the individual offer. All prices include the applicable statutory VAT.

5. Payment Terms
Payment must be made before the course begins, either in cash or by credit card. Participation is only permitted once full payment has been received.

6. Withdrawal and Cancellation

By the customer: Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Up to 14 days before the course starts: 80% refund

Up to 7 days before the course starts: 50% refund

After that: no refund possible

By the provider: We reserve the right to cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions). In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or refund the course fee.

7. Liability
Participation in our diving activities is at the customer’s own risk. We are only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent on our part. We accept no liability for personal belongings.

8. Rental Equipment
The customer is obliged to treat rental equipment with care. In the event of loss or damage, the customer is liable for repair costs or replacement value.
9. Data Protection
The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available on our website.

10. Jurisdiction
The law of the Hellenic Republic applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship, to the extent legally permissible, is Rhodes.
